We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care and want you to feel comfortable with our office regarding your financial and insurance matters. We will recommend treatment that is based on the most current standards. Your treatment options will be reviewed with you and we will answer all of your questions regarding those options. Our goal is to give you the information you need to make an informed decision on what care is best for you.

Patients with Insurance

We bill most private dental insurance plans as we are an out of network provider. Any amount not covered by your insurance plan is the responsibility of the patient (or guardian). Dental Insurance companies state you will be covered at a certain %, however, some plans may cover less than that based on their usual and customary fees, not on our actual charges. Patients are encouraged to contact their dental insurance provider for their benefit information as the insurance contract is between the patient and the dental insurance company. Upon patient request our office can submit a pre-authorization to the dental insurance.

Pre-Authorization

If requested by the patient, we will request a pre-authorization by your dental insurance carrier to determine what portion of the charges will be covered.

Payment Options

Personal check, cash, Visa/Discover/Mastercard/Amex or health savings account cards may be used for payment on your account.
